I.T. by Design Promotes Stacey Hopkins to Project Manager

Stacey Hopkins was named as a project manager for I.T. by Design. His new role will include management of development staff, gathering requirements from clients for project planning and completion, and technical leadership. Hopkins was formerly a senior software developer for I.T. by Design and has been with the company since November 2008.
