NCBRT INTEGRATES ONLINE LEARNING SYSTEM

The National Center for Biomedical Research and Training (NCBRT) has recently implemented a new learning management system for its online learning division. This system however had no way of communicating with NCBRT’s master data management system. As a result, this information had to be manually entered into the master system. I.T. by Design was brought on to improve this process. An integration of the two systems was performed and a new registration system for the online program was developed. The integration of the two systems has decreased NCBRT staff’s workload and reduced the number of errors and bad data that comes from manual entry of data.
