I.T. by Design Adds Graphic Designer

I.T. by Design has hired Isral Duke to assist with cutting edge, user friendly interface design. His natural artistic ability coupled with his knowledge of UI tools such as Microsoft Expression, Flash, and XAML make him a great fit for our team. This new addition to our team will mean more visually appealing applications instead of the applications typically created by programmers — visually uninspired.
