Every organization goes through times of distress. Sometimes this pain is merely the result of growth. Other times, serious flaws in systems or in underlying processes are the cause. Occasionally the source of the pain is manual data tracking and disparate data, like with URS.

URS was lost in an array of databases, spreadsheets, and web applications - making it nearly impossible to serve one of their clients in an efficient manner. No one system gave their client the answers they needed. Their client required historical tracking of URS work but there was no system in place to fulfill this need.
