[BATON ROUGE, LA April 13, 2010] PCS Nitrogen, a nitrogen-producing entity of Potash Corp, recently implemented inQ, a packaged succession planning software application written by I.T. by Design. After implementation, PCS Nitrogen decided it wanted to add a custom feature to the app to better meet the company's needs. Part of the inQ application is assigning tasks to users. PCS Nitrogen wanted inQ to send emails about these tasks as often as specified by the individual user. In other words, the system can compile a list of tasks for the upcoming month, week, or day based on the user's preferences.
