TechFest

Next Saturday, September 26th, the University of Houston will be hosting the Houston TechFest. The events provides a whole day of training session for programmers for a wide range of technologies including .net, iPhone, Java, Ruby, and more (See the Agenda). And the best part is that it's all FREE!

I went to the Houston TechFest this past January and it was beneficial and fun. The session are informative and in depth. I've been to two Microsoft Tech-Ed's and the quality of content I received at the Houston TechFest wasn’t much different. And it's so much cheaper (did I mention FREE!?). So, I encourage you to take the short 4 hour drive to Houston, it will be worth it. See you there.
